数控选区复合电沉积快速成型的工艺试验研究

摘  要:介绍了数控选区复合电沉积快速成型的工作原理,分析了影响沉积效果的相关因素,并进行了相关基础实验研究。试验结果表明:表面活性剂添加量、电铸液温度、电流密度、氧化铝颗粒浓度、粒径与沉积材料中氧化铝的浓度有密切关系。当其他工艺参数一定时,表面活性剂添加量越高、电铸液温度越低、电流密度越小、氧化铝颗粒浓度越大、粒径越小,沉积材料中的氧化铝浓度越高。This paper introduced the principle of numerical selective composite electrodeposition rapid protolyping, and analyzed the related factors affecting the electrodeposition. Some relevant basic experiments were carried out as well. The resuhs showed that the concentration of alumina granule in the depositing material was greatly affected by the addilivc amount of surfactant, the temperature of electrotyping solution, the current density, the coneentration of alumina granule in solution, and the grain diameter of alumina granule. Steadying the other factors the concentration of alumina granule in the depositing material had positive correlation with the additive amount of surfactant and the concentration of alumina granule in solution, but negative correlation with the temperature of electrotyping solution, the current density, and the grain diameter of alumina granule.
