摘　　要：现场使用的内径千分尺在测量时存在一定的误差,文中对误差产生的原因进行了分析,运用外径千分尺的测力装置的特点,设计制作了一种具有测力装置的内径千分尺,并对制造出的新型内径千分尺进行了现场工艺验证,证明该种内径千分尺完全可以满足现场的使用要求。Duriug the fieht use, the inside micronleter has certain measurement error. This paper analyses lhe error reasons and designs the inside micrometer with force measurement device by using outside micrometer fort, e device features. The application proves that the inside micrometer can meet the requirements of use.
