四渎穴埋线法治疗颈型颈椎病49例

摘　　要：目的:观察四渎穴埋线法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效,探讨其作用机制。方法:符合入选标准的49例颈型颈椎病患者,予四渎穴埋线治疗,每20天埋线1次,1次为一疗程,3个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治愈35例,显效10例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率为98.0%。结论:四渎穴埋线法治疗颈型颈椎病临床疗效确切,且有良好的即时效应,可临床推广。Objective：To observe the clinical effect on treating cervical spondylosis of cervical type by catgut implantation at Sidu acupoint. Methods ：49 cases that met the inclusion criteria were treated with catgut implantation at Sidu acupoint every 20 days. One treatment was a course, and the therapeutic effects were evaluated after three courses treatment. Results：Among 49 patients of cervical spondylosis of cervical type, 35 cases were cured after treatment , 10 were obviously effective, 3 were effectiw, and one had no effect. The total efficiency was 98.0%. Conclusion：Catgut implantation at Sidu acupoint in treating 49 cases of cervical spondylosis of cervical type has approval results and immediate effect ,which can be widely used in the clinical treatment.
