薄氏腹针治疗中风后抑郁症临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察薄氏腹针疗法对中风后抑郁症的疗效。方法:65例中风后抑郁症患者,随机分为2组,治疗组33例采用薄氏腹针进行治疗,对照组32例采用传统体针进行治疗。治疗4周后,观察比较两组患者HAMD和NSD评分变化、抑郁症的临床疗效、中风病的临床疗效、治疗中患者不适和针刺意外,并进行统计学处理。结果:观察表明治疗组、对照组治疗后HAMD和NSD评分均减少,治疗后两组抑郁症临床疗效、中风病临床疗效比较,没有显著性差异(P均>0.05﹚,但是治疗组治疗期间针刺意外和患者不适感较对照组显著减少(P<0.05)。结论:薄氏腹针疗法对于中风后抑郁症有着肯定的疗效,同时针刺意外和患者不适感较少。Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of Bo＇s Abdominal Acupuncture on post stroke depression.Methods：65 cases of post stroke depression patients were divided into 2 groups. 33 patients in the treatment group received the treatment of Bo＇s Abdominal Acupuncture and 32 cases in the control group received the treatment of routine acupuncture. Both the treatment continued for 4 weeks and then the scores of HAMD and NSD and the clinical effects of depression and stroke were assessed, and the untoward side effects and the accidents were recorded. The data were processed by statistics. Results：After the treatment the scores of both HAMD and NSD were reduced in 2 groups. The clinical effects of depression and stroke in 2 groups had not any difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. But the untoward side effects and the accidents were fewer in the treatment group than that in control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conelusion：Bo＇s Abdominal Acupuncture has a good effect on post stroke depression which has a similar curative effect and fewer untoward side effects and the accidents compared with that of the routine acupuncture.
