摘　　要：目的:观察电针夹脊穴治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的疗效。方法:选取30例血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者进行电针夹脊穴治疗。结果:电针夹脊穴治疗后患者肢体冷感减轻,疼痛缓解,跛行距离延长,溃疡面积变小、愈合。结论:电针夹脊穴治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎简便、安全、有效。Objective： To investigate the effects of electro - acupuncture at Jiaji points in the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans. Methods： Analysis of 30 cases treated by electro - acupuncture at ,Jiaji points. Results： All of the patients treated by this method had less cold - feeling and limbs ache ; longer gammy distance ; smaller cankerous proportion. Conclusion： Electro - acupuncture at Jiaji points is a simple, safe and effective method for thromboangiitis obliterans.
