摘　　要：随着物联网医院雏形的逐步显现,医院文化的被感知度必然越来越高,由此更加迫切地呼唤医院要高度重视文化建设的创新,破解新形势下的新问题,增添新环境中的文化生机。而从当前医院的现实情况分析,管理文化、质量文化、安全文化、中医文化、和谐文化、服务文化,正是医院文化中最需要被感知的文化元素。借助物联网感知体系,在感知点上采取科学的文化感知方式,获得理想的文化创新结果,将更好地消除患者与医院之间的不和谐因素,使医院文化建设符合时代特征与现代节拍,有效发挥文化建设这一软实力对促进医院发展的正向作用。With the internet of things coming, the identification of hospital culture increased too. It is urgent that the innovation of culture construction in hospital should be paid attention to, new problems in new situation be solved, and culture origin be added into new situation. Through analysis of the reality of hospital, administrate culture, quality cul- ture, safety culture, Chinese medicine culture, consonance culture and service culture are the cultural factors, which need be appreciated most. To draw assistance from internet of things sense system, to take scientific sense mode, and to obtain ideal cultural innovation will wipe out disharmony factors between patients and hospital, make hospital culture consistent with period character and modern rhythm, and ensure culture construction＇s positive effect in encourage hospital＇s improvement.
