摘 要:利用计算流体力学(CFD)技术对用于气化炉供风的梅花形和环形两种供风器的流场进行数值模拟和流场对比分析,并对分别装有这两种供风器的生物质上吸式气化炉系统的反应床层温度和产气成分等气化性能进行测试比较。结果表明:环形供风器供风时,其流场没有漩涡,主管风速和各支管风速衰减方向相逆,使供风互补趋于均匀并形成较大的供风平面;梅花形供风器各管道内流场则均存在漩涡且风速不均匀现象。气化性能试验也进一步验证,与梅花形供风器相比,环形供风器供风时,气化反应床层温度显著升高,且温度波动平缓,CO和H_2气体含量也明显提高,产气热值有效提高。说明环形供风器改善上吸式气化炉的供风均匀性以提高气化性能是可行的。The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology was applied to simulate and analyze the flow field in a six-petal shaped and a toms-shaped (square section) air supply unit designed for biomass updraft gasifier, respectively. Also, the temperature changes and gas components of gasification bed during the gasification process for two air supply modes were compared. Numerical simulations showed that there was no vortex in the flow field of toms-shaped air supply unit compared with the six-petal shaped uniform flow contacting with materials in large area in contrast showed that the temperature of gasification bed increased unit. The toms-shaped unit could provide relatively to the six-petal shaped unit. The experimental results significantly, fluctuations in bed temperature were suppressed, and the formation of H2 and CO also significant increased resulting in the increase of lower heating value of gasified gases when the toms-shaped unit supplied air. These indicate that the toms-shaped air supply unit can increase air supply area and amend flow uniformity to improve gasification performance.
