摘　　要：本文给出海关信息化标准体系构建的原则及技术路线。根据我国海关信息化标准现状及需求,提出海关信息化标准体系框架,并阐述了总体标准、基础设施标准、信息资源标准、应用标准、信息安全标准和信息化管理标准6个分体系的组成和涵义。This paper gives the principles and technical route for standard system for customs informationization construction. According to China＇s customs informationization standard situation and needs, puts forward the standard system framework for customs informationization, and describes the six points system composition and meaning for the general standards, infrastructure standards, information resources standards, application standards, information safety standards and the informationizaition management standards.
