摘　　要：目的研究兰州地区汉族人群Megsin基因C-25663G多态性与IgA肾病的关系。方法采集兰州地区汉族的IgA肾病患者44例及体检正常的兰州地区汉族健康体检人群100例作为对照组的Megsin基因C-25663G,应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)进行检测和分析。结果 IgA肾病组与健康对照组的Megsin基因C-25663G多态性检测结果显示,CC基因型、CG基因型、GG基因型和C型、T型等位基因型均没有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 Megsin基因C-25663G多态性与兰州汉族人群IgA肾病的发病可能无关。Objective To investigate Megsin gene C-25663G Tpolymorphism with IgA nephropathy.in the Han population of Lanzou area.Methods Using the polymorphism chain reaction（PCR）,Megsin gene C-25663G polymorphism was analyzed in 44 patients with IgA group and100 healthy group in the Han population of Lanzou area.Results The Megsin gene C-25663G polymorphism CC、CG、GG gene type and C、G allele frequencies were no significant differences than in healthy group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion It is suggested that Megsin gene C-25663G polymorphi-sm may not matter with the IgA nephropathy in the Han population of Lanzou area.
