脉络膜裂囊肿的CT与MRI表现及诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨脉络膜裂囊肿的CT核磁共振成像(MRI)表现及诊断价值。方法收集2009年3月至2010年3月间经CT与MRI诊断的脉络膜裂囊肿38例,回顾性分析其影像学表现,并统计其1年的检出率。结果 1年期间21 125例行脑部CT与MRI检查的人群中,共发现脉络膜裂囊肿38例,检出率约为1.8‰;脉络膜裂囊肿在轴位上大部呈圆形或椭圆形,也可呈三角形、楔形、条形及方形,CT表现为边缘清楚、光滑的低密度影,MRI上与脑脊液信号一致,呈长T1长T2信号,液体抑制反转恢复序列(FLAIR)呈低信号,弥散成像(DWI)呈等或稍低信号,CT与MR增强扫描均无强化。结论根据脉络膜裂囊肿特定的发生部位及影像学表现,CT与MRI可以作出准确诊断,并能与其它囊性病变相鉴别,避免误诊。Objective To discuss CT and MRI findings and diagnostic value in patients with choroidal fissure cyst.Methods Thirty-eight patients diagnosed as choroidal fissure cyst in our hospital from March 2009 to March 2010 were included in this study.CT and MRI findings in these patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of 21125 patients examined with CT and MRI,38 were choroidal fissure cyst（1.8‰）.Choroidal fissure cyst showed round or oval shape in most cases;or triangle,wedge,strip or square in shape in some cases on axial imaging.It displayed low density with clear and smooth margin on CT and long T1 and T2 signal similar to CSF signal on MRI and hypointensity on FLAIR,isointensity or slight hypointensity on DWI.On contrast enhanced CT and MRI,no enhanced image was observed.Conclusion Choroidal fissure cyst have characteristic location and imaging features,correct diagnosis and differential diagnosis can be made by analyzing CT and MRI features.
