中医医院电子病历系统应用概况与思考

摘　　要：文章基于2007年至2011年多次全国31个省（区、市）中医医院信息化建设基本情况的调查数据，描述了当前我国中医医院电子病历系统的应用概况。同时。对医院信息化建设较好的85所中医医院的电子病历系统应用特点进行了分析。针对今后一段时期我国中医医院电子病历系统的建设与发展。从中医特色、标准化、结构化、集成化与临床科研一体化等5个方面作了一些思考。Based on the research data, which were from several times of national investigations on the basic state of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital informatization in China during the period from 2007 to 2011, the paper describes the present state of the applications of EMR system in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals. It also analyzes the application features of EMR system in 85 Traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, whieh were much better than others on informatizatiou construction. And then, it does some considerations on the construction and development of EMR system in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals in the near future, from five aspects including characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine, standardization, structured, integrated, clinical service and scientific research integration.
