摘　　要：论述了医学情报工作的现状，对现阶段基层卫生机构科研管理的不足及原因进行分析，提出建议及解决方法。分析了基层科研管理的现状，提出了医学查新工作与科研管理相缱合为基层医务人员服务的思路。Discussing the status of medical intelligence,to analysis the inadequate and cause of the grass-root medical staf, propose the proposal and solutions.Some suggestions were put forward for serving the grass-root medical staf with combined novelty evaluation of medical literature and scientific research management based on ananalysising the current state in grass-root institutions.
