门冬氨酸-鸟氨酸治疗慢性乙型肝炎90例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察门冬氨酸一鸟氨酸治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法90例慢型乙型肝炎患者给予门冬氨酸一鸟氨酸治疗，观察治疗前与治疗2周、治疗结束后患者症状、体征、肝功能变化情况及临床疗效。结果患者治疗2周和治疗结束后症状体征及肝功能各观察指标均优于治疗前，差异均有统计学意义（P〈O．05）P〈O01）。结论门冬氨酸一鸟氨酸治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效显著，不良反应少。Objective Observation of L-ornithine-L-aspartate （ Ruigan ） treatment chronic hepatitis B clinical curative effect.Methods The 90 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients given Ruigan treatment, Observed patients with symptoms, signs, the change of liver function and clinical curative effect before treatment and 2 weeks of treatment, after treatment.Results It was better than before treatment that Patients were treated for 2 weeks and after the end of the treatment the signs and symptoms and liver function of the observed indicators, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0..01 ）Conculsion Ruigan therapy for chronic hepatitis b patency curative effect, less adverse reaction
