儿童过敏性紫癜128例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童过敏性紫癜（HsP）的I临床特点和治疗方法。方法对2007年1月～2011年4月在本院的128例过敏性紫癜患儿的发病特点、临床表现、治疗及预后等方面进行回顾性分析。结果感染为儿童HSP的主要诱因，128例均有皮肤紫癜，消化道症状75例，关节症状67例，肾脏症状89例。以消化道症状首发者极易误诊。结论儿童HSP以学龄期儿童多见，并出现多系统损害，临床应提高早期诊断率，雷公藤多苷可治疗难治性皮肤紫癜、紫癜性肾炎。Objective To investigate the children with anaphylactoid purpura（HSP） of the clinical features and treatment methods. Methods 2007 January-2011 April in our hospital 128 cases of allergic children with the features of onset, clinical manifestations, treatment and prognosis were retrospectively analysis etc. Results The main causes of infection for children with HSP, 128 cases had skin purple Leucoderma, gastrointestinal symptoms in 75 cases, joint symptoms in 67 cases, renal symptoms in 89 cases with gastrointestinal symptoms, first are easily misdiagnosed. Conclusion Children with HSP in school-age children, and the emergence of multi-system damage, clinical should enhance the rate of early diagnosis, Tripterygium Glycosides treatment of refractory skin purpura, Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis.
