益母草颗粒溶液对离体蟾蜍心功能影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察益母草颗粒溶液对蟾蜍离体I心脏心率和心肌收缩力的影响。方法根据斯氏蛙。插管方法，用不同浓度益母草溶液对离体蟾蜍∞脏进行灌流，采用BL-410记录。率和。肌收缩力的变化。结果益母草溶液显著降低。肌收缩力（R2=0．9197，P〈0．05），有统计学意义；益母草溶液减少蟾蜍l心率。但是低浓度对l心率的影啕无统计学意义（P〉0．05），中浓度、高浓度对心率与浓度显著负相关（R2=0．9855，P〈0．01）。结论益母草颗粒溶液降低离体蟾蜍心脏心率和心肌收缩力，且有明显量效关系。Objective To investigate the influences of Leonurus heterophyllus Sweet solution on frog＇s heart function. Methods To adopt the intube method of Strawb , different concentration of Leonurus heterophyllus Sweet solution were applied to irritate and flow.The contractile activity of the cardiac muscle is recorded by BL-410 intelligence biological signal showed and processed system. Results Leonurus hcterophyllus Sweet solution revealed marked depression of heart rate raction,and made the heart muscle contraction suppressed rapidly. Conclusion Leonuros heterophyllus Sweet solution decreased heart rate and heart contraction significantly represented a dose dependent effect.
