摘　　要：目的总结妇科急腹症的诊治经验。方法对近3年以妇科急腹症收治的134例病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果134例病人中腹腔内出血性疾病108例（80．59％），盆腔感染性疾病14例（10．44％），良性肿块并发症8例（5．97％）和其他疾病4例（2．98％）。结论详细询问病史，尤其是月经史、生殖道手术史及性生活史等病史，尿、血β—hCG检测及B超检查、后穹隆或腹腔穿刺对诊断及鉴剐诊断具有重要意义。Objective Summarizes the diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic acute abdomen. Methods For the past 3 years to treat gynecological acute abdomen of the 134 cases of patient clinical data were reviewed.Results 134 cases of patients with intra-abdominal bleeding of disease in 108 cases （80.59%）, Pelvic inflammatory disease in 14 cases （10.44%）,8 cases of benign complications （5.97 percent） 4 cases and other diseases （2.98%）. Conclusion He asked questions about the history, In particular, menstrual history, Genital surgery, such as sexual history and the history of history, Blood, urine HCG testing And B-ultrasound, After the dome or abdominal puncture in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis is of great significance.
