摘  要:目的探讨如何使X线数字洗片机与电子直线加速器相适应,达到拍摄高清晰度的射野验证片的目的。方法在IP板上增加金属铜片。结果通过添加金属铜片的方法.我们得到了符合诊断要求的CIK影像。结论X线数字洗片机采用的是与普通X线拍片机相似的kV级能量,而普通加速器输出能量高(x线能量档为6MV),其穿透力强,照相的组织对比度和分辨率较差。正是照相与成像机器二者之间的能量差导致了图像清晰度的下降,骨与软组织分辨率低,不利于照射位置准确性的判断。因此,通过添加金属铜片,我们达到了降低照相与成像机器二者能量差的目的,得到了高清晰度,符合诊断要求的CIK影像。Objective To discuss how to match X-ray digital film processor with medical electron linear accelerator in order to acquire high-definition portal verification images. Method A piece of copper plate. Add a piece of copper plate on the IP plate. Result By adding copper plate on the IP plate, we could easily get CR images which meet our diagnostic demands. Conclusion X-ray digital film processor adopts kV energy stage as common X-ray shooting machine does. Common accelerator outputs high energy (6MV X-ray energy gear), its high radiation penetrating power usually demonstrates low-contrast and poor-definition images. It is energy differences between film shooting machine and film-forming machine that lead to lower image definition and poorer resolution between hones and soft tissues. As a result, by adding conner plate, the cooper plate helps to match X-ray di~,ital film processor with medical electron linear accelerator.
