摘　　要：为贯彻《农业部关于加强农业和农村节能减排工作的意见》,根据近期内我国农村居民的主要用能现状,提出了提高我国农村能源利用率的必要性,并从相应的技术可行性角度引出可以适当开发的农村新能源,同时结合我国的农村现状提出一些政策建议。In response to the relevant requirements on strengthening energy economy and discharge reduction in the agriculture and rural areas of the ministry of agriculture, according to the current situation on the using of the main energy of rural residents, we put forward the idea that is the necessity of improving the rural energy resources efficiency and from the angle of the corresponding technical feasibility can lead to the development of the rural new energy resources, and also put forward some policy suggestions by the combination with Chinas rural situation.
