营养泵对COPD机械通气患者细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察与分析营养泵在改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）机械通气者免疫功能的效果。方法：选取34例COPD机械通气者且根据随机数字表法将34例研究对象随机分为营养泵肠内营养治疗组和对照组（每组17例），同时给予两组研究对象相应营养支持方法且对所有研究对象相关免疫指标进行检测与机体恢复时间观察，然后将所得数据进行统计学处理与分析。结果：营养泵肠内治疗组CD3^＋（％）、CD4^＋（％）和CD4^＋／CD8^＋水平在营养支持前后相比^▲p〈0．01，对照组CD3^＋（％）、CD4^＋（％）和CD4^＋／CD^4＋水平在营养支持前后相比◆p〈0．05，而在营养支持后两组研究对象CD3^＋（％）、CD4^＋（％）和CD4＋／CD2^＋水平相比^■p〈0．05。结论：营养泵在改善COPD机械通气者免疫力方面效果显著，是一种行之有效的方法。Objective：To observe and analyze the pump to improve the nutrition of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） mechanical ventilation by the effect of immune function. Methods：34 cases of COPD, and mechanical ventilation were based on random number table will be 34 subjects were randomly divided into enteral nutrition pump treatment group and control group （n = 17 cases）, while giving the two study methods of appropriate nutritional support and study of all relevant indicators of immune detection and recovery time to observe the body, then the data for statistical processing and analysis. Results： Enteral nutrition pump therapy group CD3 ^＋ （%）, CD4 ^＋ （%） and CD4^＋/CD8^ ＋ levels before and after nutritional support, was compared ▲ p〈0.01, control group,CD3^ ＋ （%） ,CD4 ^＋ （%） and CD4^ ＋/CD8^＋ level than in nutritional support before and after ^◆p〈0.05, and in the nutritional support groups after the study CD3^ ＋ （%）, CD4 ^＋ （%） and CD4^＋/CD8^ ＋ was compared to the level ^■p〈0.05. Conclusion： Nutrition pump mechanical ventilation in COPD by improving immunity effect is remarkable, is an effective way.
