百部药材的生物碱类成分及生物活性研究进展

摘　　要：通过对国内、外相关文献进行分析、整理和总结,研究了药典收载的百部3个品种中生物碱类成分及其生物活性。结果表明百部的生物碱类有效成分因品种不同而差异较大,生物活性也差异较大。因此,应进一步加强对百部生物碱,特别是单体的药理活性研究。在此基础上对药材进行规范使用,解决百部同名异物现象的问题,以保证含百部中药的质量和临床用药的安全有效。Based on the analysis,classification and summarization of related articles at home and abroad,alkaloids constituents and bioactivities from three Stemona species collected in the pharmacopoeia were studied,the results showed that the differences of effective constituents of alkaloids of Stemona were larger due to different varieties,bioactivities were also larger.Thus,alkaloids of Stemona should be further strengthened,especially the study on pharmacological activities of monomer.Based on this,standard employment of medicinal materials was carried out to resolve problems of homonym of Stemona,to ensure the quality of traditional Chinese medicine of Stemona and safety and effective of clinical medication quality.
