摘　　要：综述了根结线虫对植物、根区土壤的影响及防治方法,指出了根结线虫-植物-根区土壤三者间的复杂关系,提出今后根结线虫致病机理的研究应从植物自身和植物根区土壤两方面着手进行,根结线虫的防治还应考虑如何改善根区土壤微生态环境、恢复土壤质量。This paper reviewed the effects of Meloidogyne spp.on plants and its root zone soil as well as control methods of the pathogen.It is showed that complex relations exist among Meloidogyne spp.,plants and its root zone soil.For the reason,the research in the future on pathogenesis of Meloidogyne spp.should be carried out from two aspects including plants and its root zone soil,and how to mend the micro-ecological environment and quality of root zone soil should be concerned when controlling Meloidogyne spp..
