摘 要:[目的]探讨构树叶粉用于饲喂猪的可行性及其使用比例。[方法]选择日龄接近,体重25 kg左右的育肥猪进行构树叶粉饲养试验,试验组分以添加5%、10%和15%的量替换豆粕和麦麸,以及以15%的量替换全价料。[结果]各试验组之间以及与对照组之间饲养效果如日增重和料肉比方面均无显著性差异。而试验组I、II、III和IV的每kg增重成本与对照组相比,分别降低6.09%、3.66%、-8.69%和6.11%。[结论]构树叶粉可以15%的添加量用于肥猪饲养。[Objective]The study aimed to explore the feasibility and use proportion for the leaf powder Broussonetia papyrifera used for feeding the pigs.[Method] The fatten pigs with the close day age and the body weight of about 25 kg were selected to make for the feeding trials on the leaf powder of B.papyrifera.In the tested feed components,the leaf powder amount of 5%,10% and 15% were added to replace the soybean meal and wheat bran and the leaf powder amount of 15% were added to replace the whole material.[Result]No significant difference was found between each treatment group and between the test groups and the control group in feeding effects such as average daily gain and feed conversion ratio.The costs per kg weight gain in treatment group I,II,III and IV was 6.09%,3.66%,-8.69% and 6.11% lower than that in the control group,respectively.[Conclusion] The leaf powder B.papyrifera could be used in feeding the fattening pigs with the adding amount of 15%.
