农户行为与农产品质量安全研究——以河北省保定市的农户调查为例

摘　　要：基于河北省保定市的农户实地调查数据,对影响农户安全生产行为的因素进行分析,结果表明:农民具有生产质量安全农产品的意愿,但由于文化水平和家庭自营的限制、市场监测机制的不健全、技术指导的缺乏等原因,农民生产质量安全农产品的能力不足。针对农户自身特点和农产品市场信息不对称的问题,提出了改善农户行为、提高农产品质量安全、提高农户组织化程度、完善政府的服务与管制职能的对策。Based on the field investigation data in Baoding of Hebei Province,the factors influencing the production security behavior of peasant household are analyzed,as indicated by the results,the farmers has the desire to produce the safe agricultural products,but due to their limited educational level and household self-management,the imperfect market monitoring mechanism,and the lack of technical guidance,the farmers lack enough capacity to produce safe agricultural products.According to the characteristics of farmers and the asymmetric information of agricultural products market,some solutions are proposed,such as perfecting the peasants＇ behaviors,improving the quality security of agricultural products,increasing the organizational degree of peasant household,and enhancing the services and functions of government.
