香青兰挥发油β-环糊精包合物的工艺研究

摘　　要：目的 寻找香青兰挥发油β-环糊精包合的最佳工艺条件。方法 以包合率为评价指标，以投料比（挥发油与β-环糊精的配比）、包合时间和包合温度为考察因素，采用正交试验法对香青兰挥发油β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺进行优选。结果：最佳工艺为投料比（ml：g）为1：5，包合时间30min，包合温度50℃。结论 本法简单，准确可靠。Objective：Choose the inclusion process for the volatile oil from Dracocephalum moldavica L.with β-cyclodextrin．Methods：The process was studied by orthogonal experimental design using orthogonal form L9（34）.The utilization ratio of the volatile oil from Dracocephalum moldavica L. was as criteria. Three factors were selected．including the ratio of the volatile oil to β-CD，the time of preparation and the temperature. Results：The optimum inclusion conditions were established as follows：oil：β-CD（1：5）,the inclusion temperature was 50℃ ,the time was 30 min，respectively．Conclusion：The method is simple and accurate.
