摘　　要：科技查新已逐步成为我国高校图书馆信息咨询的主流业务之一,Dialog联机跨库检索的优势和检索成本过高的不足使得查新员工作如履薄冰。基于检索词的敲定、检索式的编写、数据库的选择、输出格式的选择的等四个方面,来设计科技查新开源节流的通适原则和查新流程成本控制对策。科学的检索策略不仅可以大大降低检索费用,还可以提高检索效率,输出更多有效的信息。Novelty Library Information has gradual]y become the mainstream business of consulting for domestic colleges and universities library, Dialog Online cross-database search and retrieval possesses significant advantage, however too expensive, makes itself poor Utilization. This paper based on the search terms, search sentence compiling, database selection and output format of choice, design the expenditure control method of sci- tech novelty retrieval. Scientific search strategy can not only greatly reduce the search costs, but also can improve search efficiency, yield more effective information.
