摘  要:目的探讨脂多糖(LPS)在小鼠巨细胞病毒(MCMV)全身感染导致听力损伤发病机制中的作用。方法 40只小鼠随机均分为四组,每组10只:A组,腹腔注射MCMV联合脑内注射LPS;B组,腹腔注射MCMV联合脑内注射PBS;C组,腹腔注射PBS联合脑内注射LPS;D组,腹腔和脑内均注射PBS。2周后行听觉脑干诱发电位(ABSEP)检查,取出两侧听泡,分别用于MCMVPCR分析和病理学检查。结果与B、C、D组相比,A组ABRⅠ波潜伏期延长、波幅降低、阈值升高(P<0.05),耳蜗内炎症变化明显。结论 LPS可诱导产生MCMV感染引起的听力损伤。Objective To investigate the effect of lipopolysaccharide(LPS) in the pathogenesis of hearing loss induced by infection of murine cytomegalovirus(MCMV).Methods Forty mice were randomly divided into four groups of A(intraperitoneal injection with MCMV plus intracerebral LPS injection),B(intraperitoneal injection of MCMV plus intracerebral PBS injection),C(intraperitoneal injection of PBS plus intracerebral LPS injection) and D(intraperitoneal and intracerebral injection of PBS,respectively) with 10 mice each.Two weeks later,the auditory brainstem evoked potential(ABSEP) was detected.The auditory vesicles on two sides were taken and analyzed by MCMV PCR and pathological observation,respectively.Result Compared with groups of B,C and D,the latency of ABR Ⅰ was extended,the wave amplitude was decreased,the auditory threshold was increased(P〈0.05),and the inflammation in cochlea was obviously changed in group A.Conclusion LPS can induce the MCMV-infected hearing loss.
