摘 要:目的:比较猫爪草的野生品种与栽培品种中总糖与黄酮的含量。方法:以葡萄糖为观测指标,采用硫酸-蒽酮比色法,测定猫爪草中总糖的含量;以芦丁为观测指标,采用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH为显色体系,利用差示分光光度法测定其黄酮的含量。结果:猫爪草的总糖含量野生品为30.21%,栽培品为47.57%;黄酮含量野生品为0.090 62%,栽培品为0.034 72%。结论:猫爪草中野生品与栽培品的总糖与黄酮含量不同,栽培品总糖含量高,野生品黄酮含量高。To compare total sugar and flavone contents in wild and cultivated Radix Ranunculi ternatin. Methods: Vitriol-anthrone colorimetry was used to determine total sugar content in Radix Ranunculi ternatin using glucose as observation index. Differential Spectrophotometry was used to determine flavone content using rutin as observation index and NaNOν2-A1 (NO3)3-NaOH as coloration system. Results: Total sugar contents in wild and cultural Radix Ranunculi ternatin were 30.21% and 47.57%, flavone contents were 0. 090 62% and 0. 034 72% respectively. Conclusions: The contents of total sugar and flavone in Radix Ranunculi ternatin are quite different in wild products and cuhivars. Total sugar content is higher in cuhivars and flavone is higher in wild products.
