摘　　要：目的:建立快速、简便、稳定的检测白细胞介素-2(Interleukin-2,IL-2)活性的方法。方法:利用CCK-8(cell counting kit-8)试剂盒,检测3个生产厂家的IL-2对CTLL-2细胞株增殖的影响。结果:IL-2浓度在2～2 000 U/ml范围内,IL-2浓度与细胞增殖成正比,3个厂家的IL-2活性存在差异。结论:CCK-8法简便易行,结果可靠,重复性好,可用于IL-2活性的检测。To establish a rapid, convenient and stable method for detecting interleukin-2 （IL-2） activity. Methods： IL-2 activity was detected by testing the proliferation of IL-2 stimulation depended CTLL-2 cell strain with cell counting kit-8 （CCK-8）. Results： When IL-2 concentration was in the range of 2-2000U/ml, the proliferation of CTLL-2 cells was positively correlated with IL-2 concentration. But IL-2 activities from 3 different companies were different. Conclusions： Method with CCK-8 is convenient, reliable and reproducible for detecting IL-2 activity.
