摘　　要：目的探讨抑郁对老年高血压患者心率变异性的影响。方法对73例老年高血压患者进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表测定及动态心电图测定,分为高血压合并抑郁患者28例(观察组),高血压不合并抑郁患者45例(对照组),比较2组心率变异性的变化。结果观察组与对照组正常窦性R-R间期总体标准差分别为(81.06±12.62)和(120.94±15.84)、24h每5min窦性R-R间期均值标准差分别为(74.67±15.08)和(105.50±16.14)、正常连续窦性R-R间期差值均方根分别为(13.64±5.59)和(21.08±9.15)、相邻R-R间期差值>50ms的个数所占的百分比分别为(4.25±2.50)和(7.11±2.96),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高血压合并抑郁患者心率变异性较高血压不合并抑郁者差,抑郁增加老年高血压患者自主神经功能损害。Objective To explore the effect of depression on heart rate variability in patients with essential hypertension. Methods A total of 73 elderly patients with hypertension screened with Hamilton Depression Scale were divided into depression group（hypertension with depression, n= 28）, and control group （hypertension without depression, n=45）. The heart rate variability was compared between these two groups. Results There were significant differences in the standard deviation of NN intervals（81. 06± 12. 62 vs 120. 94 ± 15. 84）, deviation of average normal-to-normal beats（74. 67 ± 15.08 w 105.50±16.14）, root mean square of delta RR（13. 64±5. 59 vs 21.08±9.15）, percentage of deltaRR〉50 ms（4. 25 ± 2. 50 vs 7. 11±2. 96） between two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The heart rate variability of the hypertension with depression is worse than that of control group, and depression can damage the autonomic nerves in elderly patients with hypertension.
