摘 要:腰西区块是腰英台油田最早开发区块,腰西区块注水井肩负着周边油井稳产的任务。由于腰西区块注水系统投产时间较早,现在不断出现各种问题。为保证腰西区块地层压力和原油生产平稳,从"注水井远程控制计量系统技术"、"小泵增压注水"、"注水泵房建立分压注水系统"、"恒流配水器的应用"、"注水井工艺管网优化"等方面进行研究,对腰西区块注水系统进行了优化,解决了腰英台油田老井区注水难、注水效率低的问题,使腰西区块2010年与2009年相比原油产量基本持平,未出现大的产量波动。Yaoxi block in Yaoyingtai oilfield is the earliest developed block and its injection wells shoulder the responsibility of ensuring the stable development of surrounding oil wells. Due to the early operation of water injection system in Yaoxi block, different problems emerged frequently. In order to ensure the stability of stratum pressure and oil production in Yaoxi block, this paper conducted series of researches on the technology of remote control and calculation system of injection wells, on pressure enhancement water injection by small pumps, on the establishment of fractional pressure water injection system in water-flooding pump house, on the appliation of constant-flow water allocator, on the optimization of technical pipe network of injection wells and on other aspects. The optimization of water injection system in Yaoxi block helped solve the problems of difficult water injection and low water injection efficiency in the maturing areas of Yaoyingtai oilfield, and stablized the output of Yaoxi block in 2010 compared with that in 2009.
