摘　　要：目的研究Beagle犬服用六神丸和雄黄后,血中总砷的毒代动力学情况及毒代动力学曲线峰值点血浆中砷的形态,为评价雄黄和六神丸的安全性提供依据。方法采用ICP-MS测定Beagle犬服用六神丸和雄黄后血浆中总砷浓度,采用HPLC-ICP-MS测定血浆中砷的形态分布。结果雄黄经六神丸复方配伍后,血中砷的平均滞留时间(MRT)缩短,更易被清除,并通过配伍促进体内的砷化合物向毒性较小的形态转化,证实了六神丸的配伍减毒作用。结论通过Beagle犬口服六神丸和雄黄毒代动力学研究评价六神丸的复方配伍减毒作用。Objective To study thetoxicokinetics of beagle dogs after oral administration of Liushen pills and realgar through determination of total arsenic in plasma and arsenic speciation of plasma at Tmax point of toxicokinetic curve and to provide basis for the safety evaluation of Liushen pills.Methods ICP-MS was used to determine arsenic concentration in the plasma of beagle dogs.HPLC-ICP-MS was used to analysis arsenic speciation.Results The results showed that,after compatible application of realgar to be Liushen pills,arsenic in plasma could be cleared more easily and transformed to less toxic arsenic species,which may decrease toxicity of realgar.Conclusion The toxicokinetics of arsenic in beagle dogs after oral administration of different doses realgar and Liushen pills was studied to evaluated the attenuation effect of compatibility.
