摘  要:介绍了一种采用OPC通讯技术来实现工业计算机与S7-300实时通讯的方法。以西门子SIMATIC NET作为OPC服务器,先安装SIMATIC.NET2006版本软件,再配置PC硬件机架,设置S7-300与工业计算机的IP地址,通过创建服务器对象-创建OPC组对象-向组对象中添加多项-OPC客户端读写操作等步骤完成客户端与OPC服务器的链接,按照OPC接口规定,使用C#语言编程实现客户端程序与OPC服务器的实时通讯。A method which adopts OPC communication technology to realize real-time communication between industrial computers and S7-300 is introduced.In this method,SIMATIC NET produced by Siemens is taking as the OPC server.The implementation steps are: 1)mount the software of SIMATIC.NET2006;2)configurate a chassis for PC hardware;3)set up S7-300 and IP adress of industrial computer;4) establish OPC group objects;5) add multiterm OPC client read-write operation to fulfil the link between OPC client and OPC server.According to OPC interface rule,the real-time communication between client and OPC server is achieved by means of C# language.Abstract: A method which adopts OPC communication technology to realize real-time communication between industrial computers and $7-300 is introduced.
