摘  要:本文通过对1880热轧SSP定宽机关键部件如曲轴、内块、外块等的结构、运行过程、受力情况进行了分析与研究,确保SSP设备稳定运行。主减速机采用小侧间隙对降低噪音、反向打齿有一定作用。在定宽机维修技术标准中制定弧形板的磨损极限为4 mm,扇形齿的磨损极限为0.7 mm。The gap of tooth flank in the main reduction box was reduced by analyzing the structures, motion process and carrying capacety of crank shaft, inner block and outer block in the slab sizing press (SSP) in 1880 hot rolling mill. The method has a certain effect to lower the noise and eliminate the reverse direction impact of gear teeth. The wear limit of 4 mm for the curved plate and 0. 7 mm for the sector gear is defined as a standard for maintenance of SSP. The routine inspection each year for the curved plate and sector gear is also roled. It ensured the smooth running of SSP.
