摘 要:以台风综合强度指数和台风风场模型的理论为基础,采用C#+ArcEngine技术进行二次开发,设计并开发了一套以台风综合强度和影响范围评估为主要功能的台风灾害快速评估系统.提出了一种更全面的台风致灾因子危险性评估方法,以期为台风灾害风险评估提供基础.Typhoon is one of the most frequent and high-impact disasters.With the development of information technology and increased frequency of natural disaster,it is of great importance to strengthen application of Spatial Information Technology,as symbolized by GIS,in typhoon disaster assessment and management.However,current typhoon information system has been mainly focused on typhoon hazard forecast and early warning.It is essential to develop a rapid loss-assessment system for typhoon disaster emergency management.Based on typhoon intensity index and typhoon wind field model,a typhoon disaster rapid assessment system was developed,using the secondary development on C# and ArcEngine.The system was used to calculate typhoon comprehensive intensity and to estimate affected areas.A new and more comprehensive way to assess typhoon hazard was then proposed.
