摘  要:针对安钢X70管线钢两条生产工艺路线控氮因素综合分析认为:BOF-LF-CC工艺路线具有流程短、吨钢成本低、控氮效果显著的比较优势,完全满足X70管线钢冶金质量要求;此工艺路线增氮主要环节为"出钢过程"和"LF精炼过程",增氮的主要原因为两个环节的"工艺参数控制",就此提出了相应的解决措施,并取得了较好的生产效果。Analysis comprehensively on the nitrogen-controlled factors of pipeline steel X70 produced bytwo production routes in Anyang Iron and Steel Group showed that the production route of BOF-LF-CC had the comparative advantages of shorter technological process, low ton cost and significant nitrogen-controlled effects, which the need for the metallurgical quality of pipeline steel X70. The key link of Nitrogen-increased in this process route were Steel-tapping and LF refining, the major cause of Nitrogen-increased is controlled of Process parameters of the steeltapping and LF refining, for this, the corresponding measures were put forward, and achieved good production effects.
