摘　　要：RH法具有真空脱碳、脱氢、脱氧,顶枪吹氧脱碳,顶枪煤气烘烤真空室等功能,湘钢五米宽厚板厂的120tRH主要设计特点体现在:双车四工位的工艺布置、整体式真空槽、采用国产顶枪、合理的浸渍管设计及完善的浸渍管维护。RH method with the features of vacuum decarburization, dehydrogenation, deoxycytidine, Oxy-gen decarburization with top gun, Baking vacuum chamber with top gun gas and so on. The 120t RH in Xiangtan Steel 5 m wide heary steel plat plant reflected in the main design features ： dual - car working position and the four process layout, the overall vacuum tank, the use of domestically produced top gun, reasonable design and perfect maintenance of snorkel.
