摘　　要：目的:对抽样于药材市场、医院、零售药店等单位的31批胆南星样品的质量进行对比研究,以考察胆南星的质量、完善胆南星的质量控制方法。方法:参考2010年版《中国药典》对31批样品进行质量检查,发现药典方法不能全面的检查胆南星的质量;因此增加了2种鉴别方法:1、胆汁的薄层色谱鉴别:以牛胆粉、羊胆粉、猪胆粉为对照药材,以胆酸、猪去氧胆酸为对照品,以环己烷-乙酸乙酯-乙酸-甲醇(10∶12.5∶0.5∶2)展开剂,以10%硫酸乙醇为显色剂。2、灰分分析:总灰分与酸不溶性灰分分析。结果:药典中的显微鉴别法可较好分析胆南星中植物部分的质量;新增的薄层鉴别法比糠醛试验法能更全面分析胆南星中胆汁的质量;灰分分析可鉴别胆南星中是否添加泥沙类杂物增重;新增方法与药典方法结合可全面的控制胆南星的质量。结论:胆南星的质量差异较大,合格率低;新增方法是药典方法的必要补充,建议下一版药典收载薄层鉴别法与灰分检查法。Objective： To examine the quality of Bile Arisaema and improve its quality control method,comparative study the quality of the 31 batches of Bile Arisaema coming from the medicine market,hospitals,retail pharmacies,etc.Methods： Reference to the 2010 edition of ＂Chinese Pharmacopoeia ＂ for 31 batches of samples for quality check and found Pharmacopoeia method can not comprehensive check Bile Arisaema ＇s quality;therefore increasing the two kinds of identification methods： 1,TLC： Using bile powder,sheep bile powder,pig bile powder as reference drug,and cholic acid,hyodeoxycholic as reference,using cyclohexane-ethyl acetate-acetic acid-methanol（10：12.5：0.5：2） the extensible reagent,with 10% sulfuric acid Ethanol as a color agent.2,ash analysis： total ash and acid insoluble ash content.Results：The microscopic identification method can be better analyzed the quality in the plant parts of Bile Arisaema;new TLC method can be more comprehensive than the furfural test in analysis of the quality of bile in Bile Arisaema;ash analysis can identify whether the added sand into Bile Arisaema to weight;new method combined with the official method can comprehensively control the quality of Bile Arisaema.Conclusion： The quality of Bile Arisaema is quite different and qualified low;new method is a necessary complement to pharmacopoeia,and propose next version of Pharmacopoeia would contain TLC identification and ash checking.
