摘 要:目的:通过对附子与桂枝/肉桂配伍前后主要成分变化的研究,阐明其传统药性配伍理论。方法:采用紫外-可见光分光光度法测定附子的总碱和酯型生物碱含量,结合HPLC指纹图谱对比附子与桂枝、肉桂配伍前后其主要成分的含量变化。结果:附子与桂枝/肉桂配伍后总生物碱和酯型生物碱均有所降低,但附子配伍肉桂后,二者含量均高于其附子配伍桂枝;指纹图谱经加权变化率计算表明,附子与桂枝配伍后,附子成分增加4.01%;附子与肉桂配伍后,附子成分增加39.42%。结论:附子配伍桂枝能减少附子总减、酯型生物碱,从而降低附子毒烈之性,可能能引导附子较好地发挥散寒止痛、温经通脉,用于表寒证的作用;附子配伍肉桂可促进附子有效成分溶出,可能能更好地引导附子发挥温里助阳、引火归原的作用。Objective:Via the research of the main components changes of Radix aconiti lateralis preparata compatibility with Cassia twig and Cortex cinnamomi,so as to clarify traditional compatibility theory of traditional properties regulatecontrol.Methord:Adopting UV spectrophotometry determinate the content of total alkaloid(TA) and ester alkaloids(EA),combined with fingerprinting to study the main components viriation before and after Radix aconiti lateralis preparata compatibility with cassia twig and cortex cinnamomi.Result: TA and EA both decline after Radix aconiti lateralis preparata compatibility with Cassia twig and Cortex cinnamomi,but the contents of Radix aconiti lateralis preparata compatibility with Cortex cinnamomi are higher than Radix aconiti lateralis preparata compatibility with Cassia twig.The weighted variation ratio of fighterprint indicates the total components of Radix aconiti lateralis preparata increases 4.01%;the total components of Radix aconiti lateralis preparata increases 39.42%.Conclution: Radix aconiti lateralis preparata compatibility Cassia twig can reduce TA,EA,so the strongly toxicity of Radix aconiti lateralis is suppressed,It's perhaps lead to preserving the function of dispersing cold and killing pain,warming and regulating channels,used to cure external cold syndrome cure;Radix aconiti lateralis preparata compatibility Cortex cinnamomi can help active compounds dissolved.It can better lead Radix aconiti lateralis exert the function of warming internal and supporting Yang,leading fire and Yang to the origin of kidney.
