益智仁盐炙前后对缩泉丸缩尿作用的影响

摘　　要：目的:将益智仁盐炙前后组方缩泉丸,观察其缩尿作用,研究不同炮制品对方剂疗效的影响。方法:将益智仁盐炙前后分别配伍成缩泉丸,用醇水双提物灌胃给药,分别测定单纯水负荷尿多模型和腺嘌呤致肾阳虚尿多模型小鼠的尿量(尿重/体重)。结果:单纯水负荷尿多模型,盐炙品缩泉丸在3g/kg时,与模型组在0～1 h的尿量有显著性差异,生品缩泉丸各剂量组与模型组均无显著性差异;腺嘌呤致小鼠肾阳虚尿多模型,盐炙品缩泉丸在剂量为6 g/kg时,0～6 h的尿量与模型组有显著性差异,生品缩泉丸各剂量组与模型组无显著性差异,同时盐炙品缩泉丸在6 g/kg时与生品缩泉丸同剂量下,在0～4 h、0～6 h的尿量均有显著性差异。结论:益智仁盐炙后配成的缩泉丸其缩尿作用优于生品。Objective：The salty Alpiniae oxyphyllae or the not processed one respectively formulate Suo Quan Pill,and observate the effect of reducing urine volume,to explore the influence of the different processed drugs of Traditional Chinese medicine on the clinical use.Methods：Food mice respectively wtih the alcohol-water extractive of Suo Quan Pill which is formulated by the salty Alpiniae oxyphyllae and the not processed one,determine the urine of the Water-loading mouse and the weak kidney-mouse,Calculating the ratio of urine volume and body weight.Results：For the water-loading model mouse,when food the mouse with the salty one（3g/kg）,the ratio of urine volume and body weight in 0-1h is significantly lower than the model group,but there is no diference between the not processed group and the moel group,for the weak kidney-mouse model,when food the mouse with the salty one（6 g/kg）,the ratio of urine volume and body weight in 0-6h is significantly lower than the model group,also there is no diference between the not processed group and the moel group,and the ratio of urine volume and body weight in 0-4h、0-6h of the salty group is significantly lower than the not proceesed group.Conclusion：The affect of Suo Quan Pill which is formulated by the salty Alpiniae oxyphyllae on reducing urine volume is better than the not proceesed one.
