川木香乙酸乙酯萃取物抗大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡作用机理的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究川木香乙酸乙酯萃取物对幽门结扎型胃溃疡模型的影响,以探讨其作用机理。方法:采用幽门结扎法制备大鼠胃溃疡模型,观察溃疡指数,测其胃液量、胃液总酸度、胃蛋白酶活性;制备胃组织匀浆,测其一氧化氮(NO)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:川木香乙酸乙酯萃取物对幽门结扎型胃溃疡大鼠胃组织溃疡程度、胃液量、总酸度及胃蛋白酶活性均有明显的抑制作用,且能显著增加其胃组织中NO含量和SOD活性,降低MDA含量。结论:川木香乙酸乙酯萃取物抗幽门结扎型胃溃疡的作用机理可能是通过抑制攻击因子与促进防御因子,提高机体抗氧化能力实现的。Objective：To research the therapeutic effect of Acetic ether extract from Vladimiria souliei on pyloric-ligation ulcer model and discussion the mechanism.Method：rat gastric ulcer model was induced by pyloric ligation to observe Ulcer index of all groups,measure the gastric juice volume、total acidity、the activity of pepsin;gastric tissue homogenates were prepared to determine Nitric oxide（NO） content、Superoxide dismutase（SOD） activity and Malondialdehyde（MDA） content.Result：Acetic ether extract from Vladimiria souliei have a significant inhibitory effect on the Ulcer level、gastric juice volume、total acidity、the activity of pepsin in pyloric-ligation rats ulcer model,furthermore can significantly increase of NO content and SOD activity,and reduce to the MDA content.Conclusion：The anti-Pyloro-ligation gastric ulcer mechanism of Acetic ether extract from Vladimiria souliei maybe achieved by inhibiting attack factor and promoting defense factor,and improving the body＇s antioxidant capacity.
