摘　　要：阐述了近年重庆邮电大学图书馆过刊阅览室在借阅制度、咨询服务、期刊收藏管理、计算机网络化管理等方面进行改革所取得的经验,探讨了地方高校如何在网络环境下进行管理创新。This paper expounds the experiences of the back issues reading room of the library of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications in the reform of the aspects of circulation system,reference service,periodical collection and management,and computer networking management,etc.,and probes into how the local university to carry out the management innovation under network environment.
