馆长支持感知对馆员建言的影响

摘　　要：馆长支持感知越高,馆员的建言意愿越高,二者呈显著正相关。而馆长信任和图书馆心理所有权则是馆长支持感知与馆员建言的中介桥梁。提高馆长信任度,需要塑造仁德馆长和才干馆长;而要增强图书馆心理所有权,必须强化馆员的归属感和自我效能感。从心理层面洞悉馆员内心世界,疏导负面情绪,引导正面情愫,给予人性化关怀和鼓励,是图书馆贯彻"十二五"规划关于人文关怀思想的必然要求。介绍了馆长支持感知和馆员建言行为的基本概念,阐述了馆长支持感知影响馆员建言的心理机制,提出了激励馆员建言的有效途径。The higher the curator endorsement perception,the stronger the willing of the librarian suggestion,the two sides show a significant positive correlation.The trust of curator and library＇s psychological ownership are the medium bridge between curator endorsement perception and librarian suggestion.It is necessary to shape the benevolent and talented curator to improve the trust level of curator.And to enhance library＇s psychological ownership must strengthen librarian＇s sense of belonging and self-efficacy.It is a inevitable demand of implementing the thought about Humanistic consideration set up in the ＂Twelfth Five-Year＂ Plan to insight into the librarian＇s inner world from psychological view,to ease the negative emotions,to guide the positive feelings,and to give the humane concern and encouragement.This paper introduces the basic concepts of curator endorsement perception and librarian suggestion behavior,expounds the psychological mechanism of the impact of curator endorsement perception on librarian suggestion,and puts forward some paths for encouraging librarian suggestion.
