摘　　要：阐述了期刊网络化和科技期刊编辑部网络工作平台概念,分别从平台数据库、远程信息系统和本地工作系统3个部分介绍了科技期刊编辑部网络工作平台的整体框架,对该平台的数据库进行了分类,分析了各数据库之间的相互关系,并详细说明了各应用系统的功能。This paper expounds the concepts of journal networking and network platform for sci-tech journal editorial department,introduces the whole framework of the network platform of sci-tech journal editorial department respectively from three aspects of platform database,remote information system and local work system,classifies the databases of the platform,analyzes the relationship among these databases,and describes in detail the functions of each application system.
