射孔测试联作加压点火期间测试器关井原因分析

摘  要:在射孔测试联作施工中,点火时环空加压超过某一压力值将发生管柱上窜,泄压后测试管柱下行,测试阀关闭的现象,影响负压射孔效果和地质资料的录取。通过对测试管柱井下受力分析,推导给出环空加压点火时,多流测试阀关闭最高井口加压压力上限值计算公式,并验证了其正确性。应用该公式在射孔测试联作工程设计中,可以有效防止在测试过程中因环空加压值过大造成异常关井现象。When the pressure surpassed a certain value,the string goes upward,on the contrary it goes down with perforating test combination process when it is pressure fired in annulus.Shutting in test valve affects the negative pressure perforating effect and recording the geological data.We find the reason that the test valve shut in when the multi-flow evaluator is not lifted up and down through stress analysis of the down hole test string.The calculating formula of the highest well head pressure caused by multi-flow evaluator shutting in is deduced,and the validity is verified.The formula could apply in the well test plan of perforating test combination.The problem of multi-flow evaluator test valve shutting in is solved through applying annulus pressure in the perforating test combination process.
