摘　　要：目的对岗梅根的化学成分进行研究。方法采用多种柱层析方法进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从岗梅根的乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为原儿茶酸(Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ)、松柏醛(Ⅲ)、毛冬青酸(Ⅳ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅴ)和3-O-α-L-阿拉伯吡喃糖基-19α-羟基-乌苏酸(Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ和Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from Ilex asprella.Methods Compounds were isolated by repeated column chromatographies with silica gel,and the structure was elucidated by spectral analysis and chemical evidence.Results Six compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as protocatechuic acid（Ⅰ）,β-sitosterol（Ⅱ）,coniferyl aldehyde（Ⅲ）,ilexolic acid（Ⅳ）,daucosterol（Ⅴ）and 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl pomolic acid（Ⅵ）.Conclusion CompoundsⅠ、Ⅲ and Ⅵ were isolated from Ilex asprella for the first time.
