摘 要:目的建立养血清脑颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别养血清脑颗粒中的当归、川芎、鸡血藤、夏枯草、白芍、决明子、熟地黄;采用高效液相色谱法测定养血清脑颗粒中芍药苷、阿魏酸的含量。结果在薄层色谱中检出了当归、川芎、鸡血藤、夏枯草、白芍、决明子、熟地黄的特征斑点;高效液相色谱法测出芍药苷和阿魏酸分别在8.0~120.0μg/mL、1.0~12.0μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r分别为0.999 9(n=6)、0.999 9(n=6),平均回收率分别为95.64%、101.53%,RSD分别为0.51%(n=6)、0.73%(n=6)。结论本方法简单、专属性强,可作为养血清脑颗粒的质量控制方法。Objective To establish the quality specification for Yangxue Qingnao Granules.Methods Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Spatholobi Caulis,Pulsatillae Radix,Prunellae Spica,Cassiae Semen and Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata were identified by TLC.Ferulic acid and paeoniflorin were determined by HPLC.Results Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Spatholobi Caulis,Pulsatillae Radix,Prunellae Spica,Cassiae Semen and Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata could be identified by TLC.Paeoniflorin and ferulic acid were linear at the range of 8.0-120.0 μg/mL(r=0.999 9,n=6) and 1.0-12.0 μg/mL(r=0.999 9,n=6),respectively.The average recovery rates of ferulic acid and paeoniflorin were 95.64%(RSD=0.51%,n=6) and 101.53%(RSD=0.73%,n=6).Conclusion These methods are accurate,exclusive and reproducible,which may be suitable for the quality control of Yangxue Qingnao granules.
