摘　　要：目的分析广东省2004-2010年抗精神病药物的临床应用情况,为该类药物的研究、生产、临床应用提供参考。方法统计2004-2010年抗精神病药物在广东省的销售金额、用药频度、日用药金额并进行分析。结果 2004-2010年广东省抗精神病药物用药频度与销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,尤以非典型抗精神病药物为主,部分典型抗精神病药物仍然是用药首选。结论 2004-2010年广东省抗精神病药物的应用基本合理,不同类别药物的应用趋势对于病患合理用药、医院药品管理及生产企业决策具有参考价值。Objective To analyze the situation of antipsychotics used in the hospitals of Guangdong Province during the period from 2004 to 2010,and to provide information for the research,production and clinical application of these drugs.Methods The antipsychotics were classified,compared and analyzed in respects of the varieties,sales（sum of money）,DDDs and daily cost.Results DDDs and the sales（sum of money） of the antipsychotics had gradually risen from 2004 to 2010,especially the atypical antipsychotics.Some kinds of typical antipsychotics were still the first choice for therapy.Conclusion The application of antipsychotics from 2004 to 2010 in Guangdong Province was basically rational.It′s significant for patients′ rational drug-use,for the hospital drug management and for drug manufacturing enterprises to develop different kinds of antipsychotics according to the trend.
