摘　　要：目的检测术后疲劳患者手术前后肌电图的变化,探讨其变化的临床意义。方法以量表方式调查手术患者在手术前后不同时点的疲劳程度,应用肌电-诱发电位仪对42例术后疲劳综合征患者进行手术前后肌电图检查。结果手术后第5天,全部患者存在不同程度的术后疲劳,大部分患者肌电图符合肌源性损害表现。结论肌电图对术后疲劳有一定的诊断价值。Objective To determine the electromyographic changes before and after operation in the patients suffering from postoperative fatigue（POF）,and to analyze its clinical significance.Methods To measure the degrees of POF using scales in different time points before and after operation,42 patients with POF were chosen to undergo electromyogram（EMG） examinations before and after operation using the instrument of EMG evoked potential.Result All patients experienced fatigue after operation.The EMG of most patients showed a muscle source damage.Conclusion EMG signal analysis is effective for assessing the electrical manifestations of POF.
