摘  要:传统中药罗汉果具有清热润肺、止咳、利咽、润肠通便的功效,其主要活性成分为具有葫芦烷型四环三萜结构的罗汉果皂苷。本文叙述各个罗汉果皂苷的发现,推测了罗汉果三萜皂苷的生物合成途径,分析了罗汉果皂苷与葡萄糖随生长时期的变化规律,为下一步的研究指明了方向。Lo Han Kuo,which is also known as Siraitia grosuenorii(Swingle)C.Jeffrey,has long been used in traditional Chinese medicine as an emollient and pulmonary demulcent for the treatment of constipation,cough and sore throat.Triterpene glycosides are the main active ingredients in Lo Han Kuo.The structures of mogrosides were elucidated.Based on the known biosynthesis of triterpene glycosides,their specific biosynthesis pathway,the whole biosynthetic process were elaborated,the various enzymes that might be involved were listed.The quantity of mogrosides at different growth stages of Siraitia grosuenorii(Swingle) fruits were also summarized.
