摘  要:纸浆漂白前的碱抽提有利于后续漂白白度的提高,通过对慈竹磺化化学机械浆(SCMP)过氧化氢漂白前的碱处理研究表明,碱抽提后慈竹SCMP漂白浆白度有明显的提高,白度稳定性也显著改善。随着碱抽提时间和NaOH用量的增加,漂白浆白度先有提高,而后出现了下降,经1.5%~2.0%NaOH,70℃,30 min的碱抽提即可达到较好的效果,且返黄(PC)值比未处理的漂白浆PC值降低超过60%。2.0%NaOH,70℃,30 min抽提后的慈竹SCMP经螯合处理和两段过氧化氢漂白,白度可达77.13%ISO。Alkali extraction before pulp bleaching could provide the development of the bleached pulp brightness.Study on the alkali extraction before peroxide bleaching of bamboo sulfonated chemimechanical pulp(SCMP) showed that the brightness and brightness stability of the bleached pulp were improved.With the increase of alkali extraction time and NaOH dosage,the brightness of the bleached pulp was raised first,and then dropped.After 30 min extraction at 70℃,NaOH dosage of 1.5%-2.0%,the brightness could be improved significantly,and the post-color(PC) number was decreased by above 60%.The brightness of two-stage peroxide bleached SCMP,which was extracted at NaOH dosage of 2.0%,70℃,30 min before bleaching,could reach 77.13 %ISO.
